new to forum/ old to lapband

i had my surgery jun 6, 2007. I have lost over 110 pounds. I have had issues to say the least. Looking for some answers about some basic issues i have. Not to be gross but curious if others don't have bm's any more than once a week!

that often would be nice. Not pleasant when i do either. Someone recommended "colinx"? a colin cleanser but diareah i don't want either.

You may want to check with your PCP about this problem. I have heard other people recommend benefiber. The extra fiber in your diet should help you have an easier time having bms once you are ummmm, well, cleaned out. You may want to use colace to help you get the process going, then use the benefiber to prevent the problem from reoccurring.
