G'Day from North Coast of NSW!

I have 2 days to go before starting on pre-surgery Optifast diet and scheduled for surgery on January 27th. (Day after Australia Day). Am starting to get a little nervous but more concerned that I will not be able to keep up the strict optifast diet without cheating . Have to get my family on board to watch me the next couple of weeks and go for a walk at lunchtime whilst I am working to take my mind off food. Weight is 98kg and Goal is 68kg. Nice to see so many fellow lap banders to chat to. I will keep you posted on my progress.
