Pain during/after excersice

I've noticed that when I walk long distances or excercise I get a pain in my pelvis. It's always on the left side and doesn't seem to go away after an hour. It usually lasts all night.

Does anyone else get this, know what it is?

Getting a pain during exercise usually means you are overdoing it but yours is lasting a long time. Maybe you should talk to your PCP and make sure it's not something that needs to be looked into.
