Christmas eve and everything is getting stuck!

Everything I have tried to eat all day has been getting stuck!!

I hope this doesn't happen tomorrow, as we have a big dinner planned. Only the CHOCOLATE I had today was ok.

Are there some days when you are tighter than others? It's after 5 pm and I still can't really eat.

I tried a deviled egg and some chicken. Both got stuck! The chicken was in some sauce and I eat it all the time. I don't know what's wrong today!!

36_15_3.gif 8_2_85v.gif If you can do liquids for the rest of tonight. Do them in the morning to. If everything is getting stuck you might be swollen some. The liquids will help to allow the swelling to go down a little. Hope this works. Merry Christmas.

i've read on here that being tense can make you tight. So if you are pressured, or really whizzing around, maybe that's what's wrong? I agree try the liquids, and be calm when you eat....deep breaths, center yourself, whatever works. Maybe that will help!

Try some warm tea or something similar before dinner time to help relax your stomach. I hope everything goes well for you tomorrow. Merry Christmas!

does anyone know what would make you super tight one day and not on other days??

It's almost 8 and I finally got down some pasta (no protein though)

I'm going to drink some tea later.

I have heard people say that if it is at or near you TOM you may feel tighter and definitely stress tightens mine. The warm liquids before eating does help a little. Good Luck!

Could it be the weather? I live in Texas and the weather changes greatly from day to day. 5 days ago it was 17 degrees now it is super windy and 78, ugh. When we have a strong cold front blow thru I get much tighter! I was planning on a fill this week and when the weekend cold front blew thru I was so tight I threw up trying to drink hot tea. The week before I was have a difficult time not over eating. This is my 1st winter and I must say if I can get this tight with a cold front then it would be stupid (for me) to get another fill until the weather stablizes. I beleive it is the barimetric pressure that affects the tightness in my band. I should start recording this and comparing it to the barimetric pressure. I hope this helps. Happy New Year!
