gassy question!

Hi

I am 5 days post op.

About how long does this gas and bloated feeling last? My abdomen seems so puffy and full, not too painfull just annoyingly uncomfortable. I am chewing some Gas-ex tabs a few times a day, not sure they do much though.

Thanks

Walk it out girl...

  • Author

There's only so far I can walk indoors, we've had 6+ inches of snow everyother day since my surgery!

I actually can't wait to get back to work Sat, as we nurses never get to sit on the job.

I am not bloated anymore, but I am 6-weeks post op and I still have gas. Gas X does not help me. Just keeping walking to get it out.
