Burping and Doctor

I just got banded 12/08/08....I have been having to burp" 'myself after every liquid that I try:confused_smile:. Is this normal and does it ever stop? Had to get a refill of "Lortab" today, took the doctors office almost ALL day to approve it. My doctor was Dexter Turnquest in Houston, TX. Is there anyone else that had him? What are you thought of him for after care.

I still burp 10 times more than I did before being banded. I just consider it musical weight loss.... My doc said some people just ingest more air while eating and drinking than others.
