Hi,

I am a newbie from South Australia.

Have just come back from seeing my lap band surgeon, Mr Justin Bessell. Surgery is set for 18th December 2008.

Am nervous but know this is the correct decision for me.

Have found some good info on this site, and will be looking for more :grouphug:

Welcome to Lap band talk. You have come to the right place. This is the best site for support and encouragement.

There are very few of us that regret our decision. Most of us wish we had done it sooner. I am not sure if that will ease your mind, but in any case, don't be shy and post away!
