  1. Woo Hoo, have my op date, will be 18th December. Looks like will be a liquid Xmas lunch for me, but I am sure will all be worth the wait. Optifast is not the best food I have ever tasted, but for 3 weeks, who cares LOL Patsyau
  2. Hi, I am a newbie from South Australia. Have just come back from seeing my lap band surgeon, Mr Justin Bessell. Surgery is set for 18th December 2008. Am nervous but know this is the correct decision for me. Have found some good info on this site, and will be looking for more :grouphug: Patsy
  3. Hi Dabble, I too am from South Australia. Tomorrow (27/11), I go to see the surgeon for my op date and to start my optfast plan. Have heard lots of different things but am keeping an open mind. Anything has to be better that living as a fatty LOL. I am a widow and have met the man of my life 6 years ago, we plan to marry next year and I would so like to lose the weight for my wedding day, and afterwards of course. Hope to be able to add to this forum and to get some answers and advice. Patsyau
