Thanks! Yes I am in day 2 of pre-op..I have read so many different pre-op diets, I wonder which is best and why there is such a difference? From complete liquid, to one light meal a day..Mine is 60 grams of protein and 35 gr. of carbs, 2 fruits...any idea?
