Nervous

Hi !My name is a Marie am 37 and have been overweight since I am 12.I have a BMI of 40.I will have surgery in a few months by DR Feilding of NYU. I am very excited.However I amalso VERY nervous any encouragement will be appreciated. Thanks.

relax....no matter what it is, you always hear the bad before the good....you're chances are better of being fine than having complications..l'm fairly new at this, banded 9/12...its a great , l mean awesome way to get controll of your life...Be fortunate we have this available...you will be fine...don't listen to all the neg...remember, they are probably just unhappy, and are trying to discourage you...rereasch your dr and find out what their percent of complications are...you'll be surprised at how low a percent it really is...Good Luck and smile, knowing your day is coming...
