Another newbie here

Hi everyone,

I've just joined this site and looking for info. about my upcoming banding on 11/14/08. I'm also in West Virginia, so it's good to see other Moutaineers here!

If anyone has time, I'm specifically interested in whether you had a throat scope done prior and what to expect. Also, recovery times as far as returning to work. I know it's probably different for everyone, but any input would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Ally

What's a throat scope? I had an Upper GI, which includes the throat.
