Can you guys tell me that about diet plan...After lap band surgery what we have to eat, drink and all. Can you please share with us complete diet chart...

Uhm...this is different with every single surgeon. Wouldn't it be easier to ask your surgeon? lol

My surgeon (and each is different) recommends a full liquid diet (if it can't go thru a straw it's not to gothru the lips) for a week. Then mushies, that are liquidy enough to spread out when on a plate for two weeks. But I've seen stricter and less strict diets post op.
