I only just came across this site and can't believe how great it is! I am Philippa, I am getting banded next Saturday 25th October and I can't wait! If anyone would like a chat or is in my area give me a message, it would be great to talk to you! And not just people in my area, I will talk to anyone lol

I am going to have a look around and see what it's all about and then I will reply to posts and things once I know what I am doing lol

I thought I was going to be in the City but I am actually going to the Nuffield hospital instead. Paul Leeder is doing my surgery and I have heard nothing but good things about him so I can't wait...I am so excited..You've done great by the way..well done x

Yep, I was going to have mine in the Nuffield, but because I had Sleep Apneoa they backed out. Like no overweight person has SA eh? They didn't have the emergency facilities, so they said, and would have to take me to the City in a blue light ambulance if anything went wrong. Useless. I had a blazing row with them.

Paul Leeder did my first operation. Very good guy, very friendly and professional.
