Hello All Ed from Colorado

Hi how is everybody doing. I am new to the forum. I was banded on 4/29/08. Started at 395 lbs and am down to around 305 lbs now.:thumbup:

    Well it is drinking lots of water, working with a personal trainor(on my own know) and trying to eat the right things.
