I need some info please

I have united and now they are asking me for my medical history for the last five years. The problem is i just started going to the doctors in the last three. Dose anyone know what they are looking for and should i maybe get medical records from when i was in high school? Dose it have to be five years in a row. I just need some feed back please.

Hello Hazard79, as for myself i have BCBS of New Jersey and i know when they asked for the 5yr history, they wanted that history that you've been going to the Doctor over a 5year period and needed your Height and Weight from each one of those years. part 2 of that is like Flowers said, they want to know every diet you have tried and how much if any have you lost or gained.
