HEY GOAT, I'm getting banded on 11/03/08 and I am also thinking about my decision; but I have to keep telling myself it's the tool I need to help start my new heathy life so congrats on your date and keep us posted on your progress P.S. Thank God for the mens room!!!!!! :biggrin:

I have united and now they are asking me for my medical history for the last five years. The problem is i just started going to the doctors in the last three. Dose anyone know what they are looking for and should i maybe get medical records from when i was in high school? Dose it have to be five years in a row. I just need some feed back please.

My heart goes out to you and your kids. You were getting the band before this so go thru with it and become more healthy and happy you and your kids will be in my prayers. Ps try to keep your head up
