Hey everyone, I had my 2nd fill yesterday and I have a question I am hoping I can get an answer to. I was eating my supper and I started having this feeling of pressure and tightness in the lower part of my chest. It was hurting or painful pressure. Is this the restriction feeling that people say they have or what?

Yes I started feeling that also durning the month, and they find that I was to tight..So I had to get some taken out..Plus if you don't watch it, you can gain weight from it like I did..Every food I ate was hurting me until it was soft..So I started eatting the wrong foods like Carbs and I gained..So if it keeps up you might have to get some out..

I have never eaten so soon after a fill, but I have been pretty tight for several days after a fill. You should take it easy and give it a few days but you don't want to feel that way all the time. If you are still too tight after a week go see your doctor again for a slight unfill.

MY Dr. makes me stay on liquids and mushy food for 3 days after a fill. I have not have any problems doing it that way. Then on the 3-4 day I make sur that I chew extra well. The pain you are experiencing could be just not chewing good enough right after a fill. I have that every so often when I don't chew enough.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
