I "think" I overate but not sure- pls. help

Went to a party Saturday night- food galore- tried to be good- ate 3 shrimp, 3 spring rolls with peanut sauce (not fried), 5-6 tortilla chips with guacamole and had a little problem staying away from this delicious warm heavenly, brie cheese that kinda had some filo dough around it...

Pre band- I would have done a lot more damage- and I "feel" like I was being careful- waiting the whole 30 minutes in between drinking and eating-chewing well and slow and I didn't have ANY of the desserts- so it could have been worse! so that wasn't it...

Nonetheless, I stopped when my burp (not pb) just regular "burp cue" came in as I always do- but this time in 6 months I felt that Thanksgiving feeling for 5 hours- like you wish you never even saw food!

Also, I have never ever had anything doughy since band, so wondering if I felt that fullness from the little amount of filo dough or if I overate

( I know I was taking a risk with that but it was out of this world)

yesteray and today- I haven't been able to eat more than a few bites without feeling full- what do y'all think?

did anything happen???? should I be on liquids?

I think "pb" is a productive burp (not sure though)

PB is a "productive burp", but what it essentially means is spitting up food that is stuck. It is usually accompanied by lots of "slime"(saliva). It is not as nasty as vomiting, because there isn't any stomach acid mixed in, but you should still try to avoid it. My friend says it is also accompanied by a loud noise. She sounds like a duck. I have never had it happen, thought, thankfully.
