You got a lap band to lose 30 pounds? Sorry I just need to be clear on that...

Or maybe you are converting kg wrong? LOL How many kg have you lost, and how many more do you want to lose?

if you got the band with having not that much weight to lose - it will come off slower than most - MO of course.

it took till month 5 before i crossed over the 25lb marker of weight loss - it will likely be a slow process.

your only a few wks out - still in healing process; you might even gain weight once you go back to solid foods. i was told early on this is a marathon not a race. relaxe & learn new habits that will help you be successful & the rest will follow....be patient.

10 pounds in two weeks is darn good. You are still in the healing phase and probably have not even had a fill yet. Don't worry, you will see more weight coming off.

I would thank God for 10 lbs in two weeks :0 Remember, this is a marathon not a sprint (what we've always done). You'll be fine if you stick with the program; work with your band; and exercise.
