Thanks for the encouragement. Also, was wondering once I have my surgery, how do I get the BMI weight loss thingy to show on my threads. I see them on alot and think it is an encouraging thing.

My doc required 2 week pre-surgery liquid diet. So I have been enjoying high protein, low fat broths, sugar free carnation instant breakfasts, sugar free jellos and puddings, cream of wheat, and what comes in handy and you can get at GNC stores is the whey protein powder. They come in many different flavors and make great shakes and smoothies. GOOD LUCK!!
