Thank You,

No, I am not banded yet i'm at the beginning stages. I have my initial consultation with my surgeon on Friday. This site has been so helpful to me.

I had my first consult with the dr. I got an answer that I qualify. I was nervous because my bmi was 36 but I have high blood pressure which I had for 10 years and is uncontrollable. I have to meet with the nutritionist, cardiologist, pulmonologist and do a psych eval. The doctors office will call me tomorrow, with an appointment to see all the above on the same day. I am hoping that my paperwork will be submitted by the end of this month and I can be approved in a couple of weeks. I want to be banded mid october or nov.
