Working out helps...if you don't work out with weight loss your less likely to tone nicely. Good Luck.

I have exercised through the whole process which has been 2 years. I have not lost as fast as some but I have no extra skin hanging anywhere. I still have 20-30 pounds I would like to lose, but I plan to do that slowly and steadily also. I am 41yrs old so I was worried at first, but no plastic surgery needed for me. Good Luck!
