frustrated with questions

:confused:Hello I had my lap band the 28 of feb 08 and have lost 26 lbs. I have been a little disappointed in the situation because I have to have my fills using a flouriscope and infection and pain. I get really discouraged at times but people say they can see inches lost but for some reason I cant see this when I look in the mirror. I have a intolerence to all citric acid so all juices are out. Does anyone have some advice?

What are you eating - are you tracking your calorie are you exercising

Your band is only a tool - it doesn't make your food choices for you - it doesn't exercise for you.. You have to do these things.. Do you have restriction how much are you able to eat per meal .
