anyone felt this before?

It has been 2 weeks since my first fill and I can feel "movement" in my stomach. Every time I eat, it feels like I have a baby moving around in there. Has anyone else ever experienced this before, and if so, should I be concerned?

I'd like to see the answer to that because I think I feel the same thing at times. Maybe it is just the gas moving around?????

I get that especailly in the morning when I drink water or consume my protien shake in the morning. I think its just because everything is empty.
