Needing Info in Cocoa FL

Hello, I am Sage in Cocoa, FL. Over 20 years ago I was injuried in my back. Since that time I have slowly gained 100lbs. I am looking for any one in the area that knows doctors here that can recommend one that they believe in so that I can get this weight off of me. I appreciate any help you can give me. Sage

Sage...I live in Satellite Beach & Dr Fusco in Melbourne did my surgery. Google Lifeshape & you can read his creds. He's done over 500 lapband proceedures.

Could you please tell me about your experience and how much weight you lost? Thank Sage:smile2:

Sage, I was banded on March 24th this year. * my goal is to lose 90#. I've lost 34# so far, which is more that 1#/wk. I'm happy with it but I've just started to exercise so I expect more weight to come off. Also, I'm 55 so I don't peel it off like when I was younger.

It has been a very good experience, I've had relatively few problems. The worst is getting a fill that makes me too tight....not fun but the next week when I go get a small unfill, all is right with the world. I eat what I want but just smaller portions. Do I miss eating a huge meal? Nope because I feel full & that's ok with me.

i also got my band by dr. fusco. i was banded just 2 wks ago (aug 18th). so far i have lost 17 lbs  i have been very happy with dr. fusco and his staff. his aftercare nurse, donna is wonderful!!! i suggest attending a seminar that is held once a month to learn more!
