I think I am pretty much out of this one! I went to the Doctor yesterday after 3 weeks of this "virus". I was in such bad shape they had to give me a breathing treatment, a new inhailer with stronger steroids, a steroid pack and a z pack! I figure between all of the steroids, I should be looking like a nice round pumkin by the 31st! Oh, and the not-breathing-thing makes exercise a no no right now:-(

I will just have to live thru all of you! You guys are doing so great!

Thanks Jodi! I am trying really hard not to get depressed about this. I just don't want this to start a chain reaction of bad decisions!

I think I set my goal a little high. I am very pleased with my progress, but dont think I will make my 170 goal. I will keep chugging along.... :-)

I'm sad to say that I won't be able to make mine either. I didn't set it too high (15 pounds), but I ended up unfilled for a month. No excuses, I made poor decisions during that time. I will hopefully make that goal by Thanksgiving...only 7 more to go!

I haven't posted recently because I'm stuck. I know I won't make goal - but I'm happy to have lost the six pounds. At least I'm not gaining.

So what's our new thread going to be? Do we want to set a monthly goal (say Thanksgiving) or stretch it to the end of the year? I know that there is a year end challenge now that began at the end of Labor Day. What do you all think?

My vote is for either a Christmas or New Year challenge.

I will do another challenge!! I have 4 more to lose to make this one. I will not beat myself up!! I am proud of what I lost so far!! Why not set this one for Thanksgiving and we might be more reasonable with our goals!
