new and hopefull

hello I'm in the first step of this adventure . I am going to my first seminar. I'm a little nervous but I keep thinking of the out come. I'm 54 and I have one left in high school. I weigh about 380 and I sure want to be able to by a pair of pants off a normal rack.

HI big Jim I have never posted here but thought I'd say good luck.

I'm 4 weeks out from my surgery and I was 347lbs before surgery. I lost 42lbs before surgery and now 22 after surgery so I'm down a total of 64lbs since I started this journey. Good luck you can do this.

Thanks,

Mae
