    HI big Jim I have never posted here but thought I'd say good luck. I'm 4 weeks out from my surgery and I was 347lbs before surgery. I lost 42lbs before surgery and now 22 after surgery so I'm down a total of 64lbs since I started this journey. Good luck you can do this. Thanks, Mae
