First time posting

This is my first time posting in ANY forum. I was banded on 6-2-08, and my only support has been a monthly group meeting in another state. It is really wonderful to hear from others who are having similar experiences, and to get advice and reassurance from those who are "old pros" in dealing with their bands. I have lost 45.5 pounds to date, and am determined to lose another 110! :smile2:
