I tried to follow the Medifast plan during the month of May, but had some trouble getting some of the "delish" shakes and soups down the hatch.:smile2: Even so, I lost 20 pounds, which pleased my doctor, because it made his job easier and the surgery less risky. I say "tough it out" and do your best!
  2. This is my first time posting in ANY forum. I was banded on 6-2-08, and my only support has been a monthly group meeting in another state. It is really wonderful to hear from others who are having similar experiences, and to get advice and reassurance from those who are "old pros" in dealing with their bands. I have lost 45.5 pounds to date, and am determined to lose another 110! :smile2:
