Use this time to talk to your insurance company to find out what they require for approval. for example some insurance companies want a documented 6 month diet attempt, others say you have to have a certain BMI. I too hope yours is fast. I think it is because Standard has to co-pay so much, but some posters with Prime said theirs went thru in 2 days which is also exceptionally fast.

I don't think that it is the insurance that takes so long...Its getting the doctors appointment.. They are so booked.. we only have 3 doctors total in my area that even do the lap band.
