Coconut?

Has anyone had a problem with shredded coconut? Its on the list of things I shouldnt eat. I was just wondering if it would get stuck?

Coconut doesn't get stuck for me but I have learned the hard way that you should probably stick to what your list says. If you get sick to much, your band can get swollen shut and than you have to get it completely emptied and be on liquid for 2 weeks.

So I'd say unless you have to, don't eat things that are on your do not eat list.
