Intro's and Honesty

Hello, I am new to this forum, having signed up months ago and only now getting back! I was recently at a wedding...I felt beautiful, loved m dress and hair...AND THEN I SAW THE PICTURES! What a slap in the FACE! I felt like a masive Operha (?) singer! I could've cried.....I'm planning on seeking surgery options in Mexico, as Canadian prices seem steep! I look forward to getting to know some of you and reading you stories!

Good luck to you! My son got married in 2006. Before the wedding I lost 60 lbs and thought I looked great too. Then I saw the pictures! They depressed me so much I gained it back. It took me a year to make the decision for the surgery.

Hi -Missmama, I'm being banded tomorrow after many years of diet struggling... the truth is not in our pictures, but in our health conditions and future health conditions if we don't conquer this disease of obesity.... I am doing this to dramatically improve my health, for me, my wife of 24 years and two teenage sons. Good luck with your exploration into band-hood... It is worth it....

Banded on your birthday? What a way to celebrate! Good Luck!

Leigh
