I would like to try a protien low carb shake what brand you think i should go for ? thats really good but not too expensive???:biggrin:

Well EAS carb control is the best shake I've had. It isn't cheap though. Around $5 for 4 shakes.$$$$ :blink:Sometimes you can catch it onsale at Walmart. Good Luck!

I went to GNC and got the Isopure chocolate shake. I fot the really big container. It was about $28 dollars for the container, but it was totally worth it. Each shake is about 12oz with 50 grams of Protein and zero carbs. It's pretty good, just make sure that you use very cold water:thumbup:. The last thing you wanna be drinking is a warm chocolate shake:cursing:.

I've been drinking low carb chocolate slim fast. 20 grams of protein, very low carb grams. At Sam's club you can get 20 for about $15. or 4 at your local grocery store for $6.
