5 day pouch test

I am on a plateau and have even gained 5 pounds...I am very frusterated!!

I am curious on who has done this? What were your results? Did it jump start your weight again?

I only have 30 more to go, and I know that I will plateau, but this has been almost 6 weeks and not a loss...just gains.

I need to get my head back and just am curious who this has worked for.

THANKS!!!

This is an only protein diet, hence the weight loss. Sorry to sound negative but this is an unrealistic way to eat. What happens when you start eating a variety of foods? COmplex carbs are an important part of a healthy diet.

I did it for 5 days. I followed the 5 day pouch test just as it is stated. I did eat some watermelon and canalope. I only eat whole wheat pasta. I do not eat any white carbs. I eat pinto beans, green beans, salads, so you see I do eat other things. It does just what it states, jump starts you back to eating what you should be eating. And if you stay on program (what you should eat for the lab-band) you will not gain it back. I have lost 55 lbs. I can't reset my ticker.
