5 days out and treadmilling..

It sounds brilliant I know but lol... I did 4 minutes on the slowest speed... it was all I could manage lol. Kills me because I used to be doing a mile a day before the op and at quite a pace. But I'm so determined to work at this., this is my chance and I'm going to grab it with both hands.

I'm 6 days post opt and went on a 2 mile walk today. A little every day!

bbsoft, what is the lowest speed you are doing? Are you inclining at all?

I just got up to 1 MPH for 45 minutes with NO incline.

Of course I can not stand up straight, have to hang on to the handles and have a cold rag on my port site 'cause it is not exactly a comfortable walk.

Oh lordy no.... no incline lol... and it was at the slowest speed the machine does lol... but after that I was done. I couldn't have done more if I wanted to. But I figure slow and sure wins the race!
