Hi~
I am new to the site. I live in Bend, Oregon and I am looking forward to my surgery on Aug 5th. I am sure I am like others, excited and nervous about this new stage in my life. I am a school teacher, so I am glad to be able to have surgery before school kicks in, it will give me time to adjust and plan for the school year.
I am looking forward to being healthier and being able to participate in activities that I have had to give up. My horse is looking forward to some exercise! I am also looking forward to spending some time hiking in the mountains with my husband and my dogs!
I have two teenagers, one will be a senior this year and the other will be a freshman in high school. Both of them will attend the high school where my husband and I teach - should be a fun year!
I look forward to getting to know some of you as I take off on this journey!
Kristen
