Two weeks in

Hi everyone. My name is Jennifer and I got my band on July 2. I went today for my 2 week check-up, and I lost 16 pounds. I felt the first three days after surgery were tough. I had a lot of gas pain in my chest and shoulders. I am so happy that I decided to go through with the band, even after the pain. I wish a lot of luck to everyone in their weight loss journey.

I don't know how I got so lucky, very little gas pain and none in my shoulder or back!

Congrats on the weight loss!

Banded July 8th. I got lucky too! No gas pain. Main incision still hurts, pulls, and pinches alot, but otherwise feel good. liquids for one more week.

Congrats on your great weight loss in only 2 1/2 weeks. That is SUPER! Keep up the good work!
