Congratulations Max! I'm am getting banded Thurs the 17th. I've been noticing already how many food commercials there are. This liquid diet is killing me. I've got head hunger bad. I find that I'm talking myself out of cheating constantly(though I have once) because I know its all in my head.

I'm on my 9th day of liquids for my surgery on 7/15. (Tuesday AM). I feel your pain!

I am having my surgery on the 17th also, but my surgeon has me on a low-carb diet only. I did not have to do the liquid diet. It was hard giving up my beloved carbs, but at least I get to eat. I am not sure why every surgeon is different.
