Slim-A-Bear and Skinny Cow are good. Not 100% sure that they are no sugar added but believe so. Sugar free popsicles usually kill the craving and they count towards your fluids too. Only 15 calories!

About a week ago I had some fantastic vanilla / Raspberry Ripple S/F and F/F ice cream from an ice cream parlor close to my house called Bruster's.

ALL EVENING LONG it sounded like a 1,000 coyotes howling my bowels! The stuff that makes it sweet, also makes your stomach "sing"! A few Gas X strips helped ..... but I think having that S/F and F/F ice cream treat will be few and far between! :-)

wow are you not kidding...its hitting me hard right now

i try to stick with the popsicles. but the original fudgesicle (ff/sf of course) is so yummy! I have also tried a scoop of neopolitan and it was ok. bit of an aftertaste but notbad. that was from dreyers.
