Just curious to see who's out there that has used Dr. Monash in Tucson, AZ. What did you think about him? I personally love him! I think he's an awesome dr. and super attentive!! :smile:

My sex life has improved ten fold. I'm still not totally comfortable with myself but I'm gettin there. Nessa I didnt notice a change until I'd lost about 50 pounds, so maybe your's just hasn't hit yet? Mine came just like all of the sudden I felt like having sex again, being playful and flirty and I actually feel sexy now. It's bazzar but oh so wonderful. SMS sorry hun. I wish I could offer words of wisdom.

Don't let people deter you from what you think is right for your body. I'm 24 and people gave me so much crap for considering surgery and now when i tell said people about how much i've lost they say things like of course you're losing weight you eat less than your baby. I just let it roll. I got upset/hurt about it before but I don't care anymore. I'm just happy I decided to not spend the rest of my life fat and unhappy. I want my kids to have a healthy outlook on life and good body images, kwim? Side note: DH and I got married when I was 19 he was 20. Saturday is our 5 year anniversary. and he's been in the Navy for 2.5 years. =)

the seminar is just going to help speed things up with your surgeon. Tricare doesn't require that you go to the seminar, at least I didnt have to go. -

hey I'm sorry! thats a big bummer. Will you try again in 6 months? I've been MIA cuz hubby was home for 2 weeks. It was so nice to have him here with us, but it wasn't nearly enough time. I haven't gotten another fill yet, right now I am at 5.5cc. It's working great for me right now. I haven't gotten on the scale for the last 2 weeks, so I should to see what my progress is! But I'm a tiny bit nervous cuz we went out a few times while hubby was here, so I'm not sure what the scale will tell me. Hopefully good news! Keep in touch. {{HUGS}}

Does anybody NOT throw up?

I was banded June 16th. I haven't had one single issue. No throwing up, no PB'ing, no gas. nothin. I swear if it weren't for my restriction I'd think the doctor forgot to put the band in me! This really has been so much better than I ever imagined. Now don't let that get your hopes up. Everyone reacts totally different, so if you have problems don't fret! -

Hey if you look in my during pics, there is one of my mama. It's not a great one, but I'm trying to get more from her. The one of her and I after my son's blessing she had already lost 35 on her own. Then last year she went to Mexico and had LB and now she's lost 122 more! She's had great success, and she was my deciding factor in having this done! I know way more info than you wanted to know! lol! You look amazing. I love reading all your posts! Keep up the great work!
