Hi All!! I just wanted to tell my Lap-Band family that my paperwork is being submitted today for my 8/1 surgery. I just spoke to the nurse and she told me not to worry that all will be ok & my insurance company is pretty good as long as they have everything required (I have it all!)! PLEASE say a prayer for me that I get approved and that my nerves will subside until I do. I feel crazy!! Thanks for all your support...:tt1:

ugh I know what you are feeling i went through it a week ago. I was so nervous and sick I could not even sleep!!! But I was approved 2 business days later :tt1: Soooo just try to stay calm and try to think about something else to keep your mind busy and know if your denied you can ask your dr to do a peer to peer and if that doesnt work theres the appeal :tt1: congrats in advance!! My surgery is scheduled for july 16th wooohoooo

Good Luck! I had a Sleep Study done, then 2 weeks later I called and left a message asking if my case had been submitted to my insurance. Next day, I got a call that not only had it been submitted, it had been approved in less than an hour! Gotta love TriCare Prime! Less than a month later, I'm going in for surgery tomorrow!!!
