Got a date with Dr. Aceves!

I'm a newbie, now with a scheduled surgery date on July 15 with Dr. Aceves in Mexicali. Anybody got any words of wisdom? Christine

Congratulations! Only bit of advice that will be important to you for right after surgery is focus on healing not losing weight.

Congrats! Only advice is begin your new life NOW! Begin your exercise plan and new way of eating now. This will make it less of adjustment after the surgery. Know that once the surgery is done, you will inevitably ask yourself "What have I done to myself?" This is normal! You move past this stage very quickly! Best of luck.
