Post op portion size

What is y'all's recommended portion size for your post-op liquid and mushies diet? Mine is only 2oz! Seems sorta small.....:biggrin:

    maybe i'm not reading my book right but my surgeon says to drink until full. but i have no clue how much that is? i'm having a difficult time distinguishing between full and hungry! i swear I feel totally normal, like there's no band in there!

    ok i read my book again, and it says my fluid goal is 48-64 oz per day with 60-80grams of protein a day. My sample menu suggests drinking 8oz of water over 2 hours.

    My instructions said 4 oz 3 X a day also w/ liquids between the 3 meals.

    This is for the first 30 days. After that 1 - 1 1/2 cups 3 X a day w/liquids between.
