Hi everyone , first time on and getting ready for the lap band surgery in August ! I am really looking forward to this but its also scary ! Any advice for me is well appreciated ! Good luck to all the fantastic people out there that have under gone the surgery !

My advice is research and ask questions, I am in the procees now and hope to have surgery in Aug. I ask questions all the time and this forum has awesome people who are allways willing to answer questions.
