It's not bad...especially when 2 or 3oz of food actually keep you satisfied. I eat about a cup of food at a time and I eat approximately every 3-4 hours. I cook for my family every night...everyday now that we are on summer vacation and it hasn't been a problem.

I wondered about the same thing and thought how can you survive on 1/2 cup of food.. Well I am and still cooking and doing my thing and tasting the food I am cooking for my family ..I am still new at this but it will get easier and easier .. My Dr won't let us have anything over 1/2 cup but 1 cup seems perfect.

When you aren't hungry it really helps .Not to worry if I can do it anyone can .

:cursing: Hey Thanks for the support. I have learned so much from this site. I am trying to get an earlier appointment. July 15th seems a long time to wait. Again Thanks
