Non-Scale Victory

PhotoEgor has been doing most of the posting from our house lately, but I want to SHOUT!

Saturday, 6-7-08, THE TWO OF US WALKED the 5K Race for the Cure. We strolled along about 3mph, and did the 9000 steps in just over an hour. We are both very sedentary, usually, but this year we came home from the race, showered and dressed, then went out for lunch, a pedicure, and about four hours of shopping.

He is down one shirt and two pant waist sizes since May 14, and I've slowly gone from a 22 at Thanksgiving to a 14W/16misses now.

(We're 51.)
