Hi all i am back I just had my bannerversary june 1 st I have lost a total of 94 lbs.. I have about 100 more to go i started out ay 330lbs and 5 ft2. I still feel fat.. grrrr will that ever stop. My nad is filled to a 8.2 and i am eating crazy stuff going to get control and a slight fill on wendsday. Well, God bless you with continued good health and good focus. Would you mind sharing how you did this? I'm interested in everything from pre-op liquid diet to post-op mushie food. What did you drink/eat? Any pain? How do you keep going for one whole year? Again, CONGRADULATIONS!! Keep up the good work!!!
