Started 6 mos diet

Hi guys, I met with the bariatrician, Dr. Wieger today, started my 6 month physician supervised diet, everything looks good. I have to have an upper GI, which I think, is pretty routine, considering my acid reflux. I go back in 1 month and visit with a nutritionist.
