Getting Banded on 6-12

Hello everyone,

I am amazed at this web site and all of the different questions that i have read. I am getting banded on 6-12. Suppose to be on a high Protein, low fat diet for 2 weeks, which should be now and then Clear liquids the day before surgery. This is going to be really tough for me as i am always starving by lunch. Any Suggestions?????:)

I am also being banded on 6/12. My surgeon only requires that I go on a liquid diet the day before with nothing after 12am. What does your require after the surgery?

I am on a 3 week liq diet, its not that bad just think of the future and how healthy you will be....Mentally tell your self you can do it!

Eating to much is a hard habit to break, hold you head up high and know you can do it
